Community Meal Host

Additional Information: For eight years, TCC has hosted a weekly community meal in partnership with The Nashville Food Project. This meal is centered around the pillars of radical hospitality, healthy food, and connection within a diverse gathering of community members. We are seeking two volunteers a week to co-host the meal and connect with community members. Volunteer roles are designed for both behind the scenes and relationship oriented people.

Community Meal Delivery

Additional Information: Each Tuesday we need one volunteer to pick up pre-prepared food from The Nashville Food Project at 4pm & deliver it to Trinity for our community meal. Meal Delivery volunteers are welcome but not obligated to join us for the meal each week. Great opportunity for someone who lives near the TNFP office in the Nations.

Additional Information: TCC hosts a small CSA (community supported agriculture) Share Pick-up and Mini-Market outside every Thursday to provide a place for surrounding community members to purchase fresh fruits and vegetables within walking distance and beyond. The market supports local farmers and neighborhood vendors by providing food for the community, by the community, at a low cost. We need one volunteer a week to help distribute shares and help with set up and clean up. All volunteers must be willing to and follow TCC’s strict COVID-19 protocol.
